We’ve had Keith fit all our carpets on three separate occasions. As well as being courteous, approachable, friendly and... professional, he is a perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work before, during and after. Keith was selected for the work because he’s been in this same trade for 22+ years and he’s done work at Blenheim Palace – a recommendation in itself! A couple of doors were cut to fit over the carpet, which was brilliant. The doors were left straight without any jagged edges. I know some people want him to hoover (at a small charge) afterwards, but after he’s tidied away all the big pieces, we didn’t hoover until about a week later allowing the carpets to settle down. We just picked up any typical fluff balls (which is normal after any carpet is fitted) that were lying around. We always recommend Keith to friends, family, work colleagues – basically everyone.
